||Only one day's news -- how quaint!

|For some reason just about everyone here except me spent the day nauseated or throwing up.
The day was mostly spent coding the simpler roguelike, but I'm going to wind up pitching the code I've written so far. The main problem is that I abstracted the design a bit too much, and thus made the organization of the files a total mess.
I spent part of the morning coding and uploading the new feature for this blog. The main page, index.html, now has one or two useful links at the bottom. These links allow you to view up to three pages of posts back (about a month's worth) without having to display one post at a time or guessing from a list of subjects.
Tomorrow my Transformers-obsessed cousin may stop by. The goal is for her to visit sometime this weekend since she's in town for another cousin's wedding.
Amusingly, the day of the wedding (Saturday) will also feature a throng of flesh eating zombies descending upon Detroit.
In other news, here's a list of ways to get yourself and your kin banned from KMart.
I also ran across a webhosting company that prides itself on keeping the servers offline. With no uptime bandwidth isn't a problem.
Lastly, in Super Mario RPG shooting stars were the granted wishes of the people of the world. Apparently NASA has a different take on shooting stars. Make a wish, maybe some astronaut will grant it!
