|I spent the day fussing over Lazarus. Mainly I wanted to see if it could do what I want in some fashion. Reading up on other toolkits I've discovered that I'm going about doing some things in an archaic manner, so my approach may be the only thing wrong with Lazarus. I managed to get it to do what I need, though it's not implemented quite the way I wanted.
The other major feature of the day was revamping my exercise routine. One of the exercises was pathetically easy to do -- and therefore probably useless. So I did some research and found a replacement exercise that works the same muscle and is as difficult as it should be. During my search, I discovered that there are instructional videos on YouTube. This demonstrates the exercise far better than the simple diagrams can.
There was a nice thunderstorm during the evening and apparently there's another one on the way, so my time on the computer has been a bit broken up today.

Here's one of the exercise instruction videos on YouTube. Check out this user's other videos for more instructions and exercises.
