Day away from the computer
Posted on August 24th, 2007
The day began too damn early for me, as I blabbed in the previous entry. I spent most of the very early morning writing about yesterday's events. Then I focused on working with the KuiperHack code I'd written the day before. Simply put, the code didn't "feel right" and thus I knew there was a big problem with it. I ended up with a solution, though it negates a few design ideas and has yet to be put into code.

The morning was spent making a junk food run to the local gas station.

The evening was spent making a lengthy jaunt to the house we're attempting to sell. As expected there was a small bit of water in the basement. We cleaned that up and then left, taking a number of cleaning supplies and tools that we'd left behind with us.

On the way back we stopped at the farmer's market and got candy and pop.

And now the internet is choking. I'll try posting the rest of the entry (Links, etc) tomorrow. It's too hit or miss right now. Google and Wikipedia aren't loading or if they do they take several minutes.

[edit]
I think the problem was the WCG client crashed. Upon closing it, the connection trouble vanished.

The only two links I have today are the Wikipedia's entry for the Ocam's Razor and the rather bizarre flash animation Smoke Kills.

With that I'm off to bed.
