|Today went slightly different than planned. I spent the majority of the day working on Din. The exception handling is largely done and seems to work as expected. I ended up dropping the idea of event support after I didn't see a sane way to implement it. In order to get the exception support working as planned, I ended up adding something else: constants (ie, variables that don't vary).
I also got around to making a new desktop theme. I've been using the same background and color scheme since November (an amazingly long lifetime for such a thing). Today I crafted a nearly monochrome theme that resembles older computers like the Brother Super Powernote I used to have.
The only other news at my end of the world is that it seems the downstairs neighbors used the loo but neglected to flush. That's our guess as to why my bathroom suddenly started smelling of sewage this evening and has continued to stink ever since.
