|The majority of the day was spent playing Mah Jongg or solitaire, with a healthy dose of minesweeper, brickbat, spherejongg and radiation thrown in.
During the evening, mom and I walked around the complex. Time Warner was hosting a cookout with the building's administration. We were offered a hot dog, but we turned it down. At the time I only had 100 calories left on the diet, and each hot dog is worth half my day's allotment of sodium.
Later on, I watched Sonic the Hedgehog's Hooked on Sonics episode with mom. This was a bit of a challenge to get working. The DVD paused and stuttered every twenty seconds or so in mom's DVD player, so we brought her computer over to the couch. Her computer thought the DVD was blank media and thus wouldn't play it. I got my computer, set it up on the stand mom's computer is normally on and we played the DVD without a which. Gee, I wonder why DVD sales are down. Could it be because DVDs don't reliably work in people's players?
Note: there's no symbol on the DVD case stating that copy-protection crap is on the DVDs.
In other news when I did my daily exercises I used the 10 pound dumbbells. This proved a bit interesting. While lifting them wasn't a problem, controlling them was. Once they got momentum they were hard to stop. Thus I should probably keep using the 5 pound dumbbells for a while longer.
Today's second and last link of the day is a bunch of pictures of strange candy that nobody outside of Japan wants to actually eat.
