For pills and Pony
Posted on March 20th, 2008
The main problem with getting your meds via the mail is that they may not arrive when you need them. Dad's on a high dose of one drug that can cause seizures and other fun if doses are missed. Naturally, the mail order prescription hadn't arrived yet (it was due to arrive yesterday) and he's out of pills. Mom placed a call to the doctor and explained the situation. The doctor then wired our local pharmacy a small prescription for just a day and a half's worth of pills. We picked that up immediately.

Since we were at the pharmacy I picked up some chips, pop and a Lean Cuisine for lunch.

And of course, the shipment of Dad's medication arrived this afternoon.

I spent the remainder of the day working with Project Noise. Due to some re-thinking I had to start over yet again, but this time most of the previous draft's code could be kept, just reordered a bit.
