Exercise is bad for you

Today definitely did not go particularly well.

Yesterday I did 15 reps of everything with the second to lowest weights, and today I rather harshly paid for it. Last night's sleep was extremely broken and worthless thanks to how uncomfortable everything was.

During the early morning we ran a quick trip to Rite Aid to get some cat food. I picked up a Mt. Dew, figuring that while I had no energy from the poor night's sleep I could at least run on the caffeine from that.

Our idea is to get the stray to start to warm up to us; at the very least it'll get a decent amount of food in it. We got it to eat a few times, so maybe it'll start being less scared of us soon. I checked classifieds and online lost cat directories, but while someone managed to lose a full grown bull mastiff nobody has lost a cat that fits the description of our stray.

Things went downhill during the afternoon. I ended up with the trots again, and naturally all of the unsettled plumbing down there resulted in me getting rather nauseated. Things got worse around dinner time as I became dizzy, lightheaded and spiked a low fever.

Most of the rest of the day was spent feeling rather rotten, but I did manage to complete two tutorials for DBHL anyway. I'm not happy with the plans for the other three tutorials, so I'll have to work on them some more later.
