||Getting ready to shutdown

|Today began a little differently than expected. We headed out to the healthy junkfood store as mom needed some ingredients and more dairy-free butter. Of course I took the opportunity to pickup something interesting for lunch. I picked up a chicken enchilada dish and a cheese burrito. Neither looked like the packaging; the chicken enchilada dish that looked more like what is left on the pizza box after the dog has nibbled on it and the cheese burrito had more in common with a slice of processed cheese wrapped in an old Kleenex than a Hot Pocket stand in. Mom also fixed some artichoke salad for her lunch and gave me the extra.
The enchilada was very tasty; it was also probably the source of the unbelievable amount of gas I've had today. On the other hand, the burrito tasted like what it looked like.
In other news, I spent most of the day working towards raising a unicorn in Castleville or building a grand castle in Minecraft. You see, I have been planning on a little something for a few days now and was just waiting for a good stopping point. That something is a short time away from the internet.
Now that the unicorn has blossomed into a Unicorn of Verse, I no longer have any obligations online and can thus disconnect for the rest of the week. I have no idea how I'm going to spend this time, but it won't be online.
So, once I'm ready to go to bed tonight I'll be unplugging the computer from the modem. Once that is done, my only access to the internet until Sunday will be the iPod, which is much too cumbersome to be used for anything beyond extreme basics.
The link for the day (and the rest of the week) is this crazy LEGO ball contraption.
