|Most of today was spent trying to work out how exactly to improve both of the interactive widgets on DBHL. The Shapeplay widget needs the most tweaking, as I'm not terribly happy with the way its menu works and I didn't have much luck with some alternate designs. The best course of action appears to be making two Flash objects that talk to each other: one for the play area and one for the menu. It's an odd way of doing things, but it does follow the KISS principle considering the other stuff that needs to be dealt with.
