|I went to bed a little early last night; something that turned out to be a good idea as I woke up around 6:30 AM and couldn't get back to sleep. Still, that left me with only 5 hours of down time, which is less than I really need to make it through the day.
Around mid morning we ventured out on yet another journey to acquire bird seed. While we were downtown, I successfully prodded mom into checking the local Toys R Us to see if they had any of the new line of figures in stock. They did! I managed to get both the Canterlot Wedding set and the Cloudsdale set for the wee price of $17. Considering the cost of the sets online is higher than that, I saved a bundle. The last set of the wave was already sold out, so I later found it on ebay for $16, counting shipping.
After our run through the toy store, we visited the market and then picked up lunch at Subway.
Most of my day was spent messing about with either the 3D editors or ideas for the second Tumblr. I'm really not in the shape for writing today; I just can't think well enough to form the words. Thus the work on The Notebook will have to wait until Monday.
Next week ought to be an interesting one anyway: Phase 2 of the DBHL revamp begins, Emo get more work done on it and Background Service stands a reasonable chance of relaunching.
On the downside, I'm not actually sure the second Tumblr thing is even a good idea at this point. It may be one thing too many.
Lastly, here's a video that reflects how my day went.
