Cars and code
Posted on June 11th, 2012
Dad has been wanting to get some fancy schmancy bodywork done on the new car, and so today we got up at the crack of dawn to drive both cars down to the bodyshop. While he went on ahead to the shop, mom and I visited Rite Aid to grab some junk to ensure we didn't have a blood sugar crash during the trip. I also talked mom into a $10 NX card, which will be useful in setting up my new characters.

The rest of the morning and part of the early afternoon was spent talking with the guy at the body shop. He's fun to talk to, though it does mean a simple order takes a few hours thanks to how the conversation goes in a million directions. Of course, he also showed off the trophies and fancy cars around the showroom floor.

On the way back to our end of town I snarfed down the Combos I'd picked up at the pharmacy. Once we were back in our neck of the woods we stopped and got Subway for lunch.

Most of the remainder of the afternoon was spent finishing up the page for the rabbit hole; it's a bunch of pretty lights.

I also searched out and installed a new font for the revamp of the homepage and played some DFO this evening.

Unsurprisingly, I'm worn out by this point, so I'm turning in.

In other news, here's Fluttershy being cute in various languages.
