|I ended up getting next to no sleep last night. Thus I spent most of today running on fumes and messing things up.
My morning began with me tagging along with mom to a doctor's appointment. While we got good news there, it still meant a trip to the pharmacy on the way home. After we picked up some pop and the meds, we decided to head over to the country market for some odds and ends.
Most of the afternoon was spent working on today's picture; I had an unexpectedly hard time getting the thorns to twist right, so it took much longer than expected.
The rest of the day was pretty much spent poking at things and trying not to botch them up too badly. I managed to get some prototype code working for the system that will run Background Service in the future as well as ready some things for Emo.
Speaking of which, I ended up having trouble setting up the shot I wanted. Since I wanted stars in the background I had the bright idea of building it way high up. This resulted in lots of ambushes from wyverns, which massacred the attempt. I ended up making the stage somewhere much lower and got the shot.
The last few hours were spent fussing with Poser. Some of the goodies I picked up a week or so ago don't work properly, and I was trying to work out the kinks. I think I've isolated what's malfunctioning, so I have a workaround, but it took some doing to work everything out.
The link for the day is something unique: a walking competition.
