|I did a little on several projects today. The new attempt at a GUI version of Necros Cavern is showing progress; it can now display the title using animation and switch to the main menu on a key press. I added a page on the seven deadly sins to Fur and Faith as well.
Part of the day was spent trying out various FTP clients. If I'm going to have to use it a lot, I might as well settle down with a client I find easy to use. The default FTP client is command line, making it a trick to upload or download files. Currently FireFTP, an FTP client plugin for FireFox, seems to be the best option.
This may be premature, but I think yesterday's post was the first post that passed the postid problem; LiveJournal listed it as a new post. All posts from here on should update normally.
The day's travels on the net yielded some interesting things.
First up is Crabby Maxine's version of The Night Before Christmas.
Second is the most elaborate Rude-Goldberg machine I've ever seen.
Third is a nauseating look at how hotels keep things clean.
Fourth are some rather tricked-out BBQ Grills. They must take tailgate parties very seriously.
The last link for today is the most annoying page on the internet. Don't click this link.
