Ioot 'n 'boot

Today was largely spent on errands. We visited the usual haunts plus the local hallmark. Mom found what she was looking for (cards), but I didn't find what I was after (fudge samples). We visited the Chinese carryout after shopping. Despite the fact that it's been a few months since we were there the clerk remembered us and our usual order. We actually changed the order today; I ordered wantons, dumplings and some pork fried rice instead of the entire menu. I've been eating less as of late and it really showed: I was unable to eat the little bit I'd ordered in one go.

As mentioned earlier the grocery store has the Christmas candy out and I picked up some of it. The three things I got were some Reese's peanut butter trees, a big Reese's chocolate snowman and a pack of chocolate covered marshmallow Santas.

I also picked up a small package of the deli BBQ chicken. It'll be my lunch tomorrow.

I spent the evening messing with two web-based projects. Both made progress. I perfected the design of one of them and figured out the tricker coding for the other.

During the conversation in the evening I remarked that some of the items at the bread store (notably the flaming hot chips I love) where only available at the Rite Aid back in the boonies: the grocery chain we frequent doesn't carry them. This got us thinking, so tomorrow we're going to locate the nearby Rite Aid and score some crack junk food.

The only thing I have today that's worth linking is a silly graphic I ran across while looking some things up earlier. It's a pie chart showing how much time each part of web design takes up.
