A little coding
Posted on August 28th, 2010
The main goal for today was to finish at least one comic. That goal met, I decided to do some work on the comic's website. The main differences are that the navigation buttons are both above and below the comic now, and now there's a row of helpful buttons to share the comic on Digg, Facebook, Stumbleupon and Twitter. I might redo those buttons in the future to use custom images...

The evening was spent in DFO. I've taken to reading the forums a lot; they are often hilarious. The playerbase really has a sense of humor! For example, during today's game a bunch of people used the megaphone item to "sing" the theme song to Pokemon. Another person posted "Selling my last megaphone for O Feck I'm using it" . Fun stuff!

I've also decided to stop playing Maplestory altogether. There are multiple reasons for this, one of which is that DFO is much more fun and simply doesn't leave the time for Mapling. If Dragonica kicks off well, I might resume playing it, so there will be even less time for Maple.

Additionally, I was telling mom how DFO uses a gumball machine system for selling some of the goods and even showed it to her. she liked the idea, and after we talked about it for awhile agreed that I can use our spare change to buy NX and get things from there.

Today's link of the day is a rather odd way of ensuring you will not be forgotten when you die. If you're lucky, you might just go platinum.
