||Of blood and bunnies

|This morning began with a trip to the local lab for a blood draw. Aside from the regular stuff, there was some extra tests that needed to be done -- they drew 7 vials in all.
While the vampires had their way, mom got to enjoy the company of the veteran and his retarded family in the waiting room. From the sound of things, I think therapy is advised. For both his family and whoever ends up in the same room with them.
After that, we stopped at a nearby store for pop and stuff to munch on, as I'd last eaten yesterday at 5:30 PM.
We then traveled around looking for a statue of a bunny for the yard. We ended up at the local statuary place. Two of their three cats were more than happy to greet us. After buying a bunny we went home and got lunch.
Mom had a reaction to the cats, so she took a Benadryl and per usual was knocked out for the rest of the day. We had been thinking of going back out and buying paint for the bunny, but obviously that was now ruled out.
I spent the rest of the day rewriting dinload.pp as planned. This moved the program one more step towards compiling to bytecode. Tomorrow I'll make further revisions in that direction.
Lastly, Disney has discovered a unique manner to fill roles.
