|This morning we were joined by our cancer-ridden friend and traveled to the local Hobby Lobby to see what we could find. Their car was the small economy type, so naturally I ended up taking up both back seats and had to play a small game of human Tetris to pop in and out of the car. The Hobby Lobby has large and had a number of interesting things, many of which we'd tried to find elsewhere.
After that we stopped by the pet store as our friend needed more cat food, then a local bakery for some lactose-free breads.
Shortly after that we parted ways and left on an errand to the pharmacy. We stopped and picked up another sub at the deli on the way. Starting tomorrow I need to curb my fat intake, as I feel like my gut is hinting that I've reached my week's limit from all of the sandwiches and chips this week.
My day was spent working on the felt project, though I hit a snare when the IDE's tools stopped working in a manner consistent with their documentation. I eventually sorted it out.
I also wrote the scripts for two comics and did their backgrounds to give myself a head start on tomorrow's work.
Lastly, the link for the day is inspired by the way mom spent the morning cheerfully repeating "Hobby Lobby" in a sing-song tone. It's a cartoon from MTV's Liquid TV called Honey Bunny.
